Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer (Teller). The role involves processing cash and cheque transactions accurately, maintaining daily balancing, and delivering efficient, high-quality customer service.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with operational procedures, handle customer enquiries professionally, and support cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services. Other duties may be assigned by the Cash Officer or Branch Operations Manager.

TELLER

We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller, responsible for delivering efficient and accurate cash services at the Bank. The role involves ensuring prompt and correct processing and posting of all cash and cheque transactions, maintaining proper daily balancing, and supporting high-quality service delivery at teller points. The Teller will also play a key role in cross-selling Bank products while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and controls. Any other duties assigned by the Cash Officer or Branch Operations Manager will form part of the role.
