Requirements
- Application letter (on Company headed paper)
- Copy of memorandum of articles of association
- Certificate of share capital, form 10
- Certificate of incorporation, form 6, 7, 8 or 9
- List of share holders, form 28
- List of directors and secretary, form 45
- Notice of situation of registration, form 43
- Board resolution appointing UBA as a Banker.
- Copy of I.D (National registration Card or Driver’s license or passport) for all directors with more than 30% shares and all signatories
- Work permit for non residents
- Two passport size photos for the authorized signatories and directors holding more than 30% shareholding.
- Traceable reference from existing customer, current bankers, legal practitioner etc.
- Residential address confirmation( copy of utility bill i.e water, Electricity, Telephone bill or lease agreement, recent bank statement issued within three months preceding date of account or recommender should confirm address)
